Refund Policy |

Please find below our Refund policy for Tour Packages booked through us. Refund policy is different for different tourist seasons / different tour packages, as outlined below |

|
May – August (Lean Season)
Cancellation has to be done at least 03 days before the check-in date – 95 % of the advance amount will be refunded (Applicable for all packages) |
|
|
|
|
|
September – November (High Season)
Cancellation has to be done at least 14 days before the check-in date – 95 % of the advance amount will be refunded (Applicable for all packages) |

|
|
December – January (Peak Season)
Cancellation has to be done at least ONE MONTH before the Check-in date – 75 % of the Advance amount will be refunded. There will be NO Refunds for cancellation of reservation for 25 December and 31 December. Cancellations during peak season is NOT entertained. (Applicable for all packages except Deluxe Tour Packages, Bangaram Island Tours & Deluxe Family Tours) |
